Hello! Thanks for stopping by – I hope your day was filled with blessings like mine was! My day included beautiful weather, running with a friend, a phone call with another friend who lives in another state, basketball with my kids, cleaning the house, running errands, and it ended with my kids each lying on one of my shoulders while we snuggle on the couch and watched a movie – all while remembering what today, Good Friday, means and the sacrifice Jesus made so we could enjoy all of the simple things as I was able to do today!
Over the past few weeks I have been hearing from people that they have recommended my book, or purchased my book to give to others. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
I don’t know about you, but life has been super busy lately! March is always the busiest month at work and I’m glad it’s now in the past. Along with the busyness of work, I’ve been blessed with many hours in the car with my kids for tennis lessons, band, softball, volleyball, and play practices. I’m not going to lie, there were days I really had to pull on my gratitude check-ins that I talked about in my book in order to remind myself of the many blessings in front of me amid all the busyness.
Although this might be an uneventful post – I hope you take a moment to remember your blessings and the sacrifice Jesus made so we could do all of the things we love. If you’re struggling with anything at the moment, hang in there and hand it over to God! The bible verse I have been clinging to this past week is: “So do not be afraid, you are worth so much more than sparrows” Matthew 10:31
I am going to close in prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
I pray for the person reading this. I pray they are reminded of your immense love for them and how you gave your only son so we could be forgiven for our many sins. I pray the person reading this feels encouraged to share your word with others and finds comfort in clinging to your promise that you are bigger than our worries and we can place our full trust in you.
In Jesus name.
Love & Blessings – Molly
